The concept struck me as funny from the get-go — imagining a vigil of people showing up on a neighbors doorstep delivering one casserole after another.
The daughter turns the knob. There’s a somber man there. “My condolences on your loss.”
It’s not often that you can explore dark comedy in a commercial. The style of Edgar Wright inspired the pacing and energy of the spot.
